New to the Government contracting world? Minority Business, but not certified? Certified, but now what?  Can be a bit overwhelming and non-informative on where to search for solicitations and not sure where do I start?

MBDS is knowledgeable on locations of published solicitations (from federal, state, and local government agencies), small business solicitations, expiring contracts with related services, and competitors with multi-year govt contracts.

We provide support and guidance with MBE/SBR/VDSB  certifications and registrations to published government sites, filtered by your commodities/services codes and/or North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes. Organizations will automatically get alerts for published solicitation or notice of intents. We will conduct market research on those specific alerts and in conclusion, advise agencies/organizations if response to solicitation can be beneficial. 

Found a solicitation your company's interested in but not sure where to start or how to respond? 

We effectively understand requirements and adhere to compliance and Federal, State, and Local regulations. Create accurate, complete and specific responses to Government Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotation (RFQs), Request for Information (RFIs), Invitation for Bids (IFBs), and other public procurement solicitations published by federal, state, local and quasi government entities.

In addition, we provide submission support and guidance to agencies/organizations in response to  their interest to public solicitations.  

Awarded the contract, now what's next? Not sure how to properly manage government documents and contracts, post award? 

MBDS will provide:

• Post award support to your organization's Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Program Manager.  Further understand terms and conditions (Ts &Cs), deliverables, timelines, and more.
  
• Support  to your organization's contract monitor with all post award inquiries, including compliance related questions and concerns.
